Support for your specific health challenges.
Skilled professionals offering personalised therapies.
Helping you achieve greater self-reliance and quality of life.
Therapeutic supports are for NDIS participants who want to improve their everyday functioning, independence and wellbeing. They suit people working on goals like moving more easily, communicating more clearly, managing emotions or building daily living skills.
Therapy works best when you practise it in real life, not just in a clinic. Our support workers can help you carry out home programs set by your therapists, so exercises and strategies become part of your routine. With your consent, we share progress with your therapy team so everyone is working toward the same goals.
Therapy is usually funded from Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living. Your therapist will recommend how many hours you need, and we’ll help you make the most of your budget.
We provide therapeutic support in your home and community across Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
Do I need a GP referral?
A GP referral isn’t required to use NDIS therapy funding, but it helps to share any existing reports with us.
Can support happen at home?
Yes. Home and community sessions are often the most useful.
How is progress measured?
We set goals with you at the start and review them regularly.
