Household tasks support is for NDIS participants who can’t manage some or all of the jobs around the home because of their disability. It keeps your home clean, safe and comfortable, and frees up your energy for the things that matter to you.
We agree a clear list of tasks with you up front, so you know what will be done each visit. You can do tasks together with your worker if you’d like to build skills, or we can do them for you. We follow your preferences, whether that’s fragrance-free cleaners or a particular way of folding towels.
Household tasks are usually funded from Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Life. The NDIS funds tasks you can’t do because of your disability, not general household costs such as cleaning products.
We provide household support across Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
How often can someone come?
As often as your plan and needs allow, from weekly or fortnightly visits to daily support.
Will I have the same worker each time?
We aim to keep the same worker or a small, consistent team with you.
